        现在大家看到的就是Arcaea里面的第一个主线故事——Hikari的PRAGMATISM篇。

        中文翻译虽然是我自己做的，不过我个人没法保证质量，所以贴上游戏的英文原文，让大家自己对照着看一下。如果认为我的翻译有什么错误，还请指正，谢谢。

        那么，正文开始。

PAST

       Her first impression was that she’d awakened to a cloud of glass butterflies.

       “How pleasant,” she thought, ”that these figures can move as well. Where are the strings?”

       她醒来时，第一眼看到的就是一些玻璃做的蝴蝶。

       “真是令人愉快的景象，”她想，“这些碎片似乎还能移动，是有什么线在牵连着它们吗？”

       She sat onto her knees, fixed her dress, and found that there were no strings, and these were not butterflies. Glass shards, flying on their own: ”Delightful!” she felt, and so she said it.

       她弯下膝盖，扶好连衣裙，却没看到任何线。而且这些也不是蝴蝶，只是一些能够自己飞行的玻璃碎片。“好可爱！”她注意到的时候，嘴里冒出了这样的话。

       The glass reflected another world than the one in white surrounding her. In it she could see reflections of seas, cities, fires, lights; she rose her hand to scatter them, and laughed in joy.

       这些玻璃碎片反射出了另一个世界的光景，而不是她所在的那个满是白色的世界。透过这些反射，她看到了海洋、城市、火焰、灯光；她挥起手，将碎片驱散开来，并高兴地笑了起来。

       She didn’t know these pieces of glass had a name: Arcaea .

       To tell the truth, they were so beautiful that it didn’t matter the name.

       She enterained herself by touching them, swirling them, watching them. That was enough, no?

       她并不知道这些玻璃碎片其实有一个名字：Arcaea。

       说实在的，它们太过于美丽以至于无需用名字来形容。

       她通过抚摸它们，打旋它们，观察它们来让自己感到抚慰。这就已经足够了，不是吗？

       There were six questions to ask: who, what, where, when, why, and how.

       Of these questions, she asked none and desired no answers, content instead to bask in the glow of Arcaea.

       This was her meeting with a new world.

       这里有六个问题需要解答：这些碎片究竟是什么，是在什么时间，什么地点，由什么人亲手做出来的，为什么要做出这些，又是怎么做出来的。

       对于这些问题，她没有说出口，也没有渴望得到答案，仅仅只是透过Arcaea的反射的光芒探知里面的内容。

       这是她与一个新世界的会面。

PRESENT

       But questions come inevitably.

       然而问题还是不可避免地出现了。

       The girl stands amidst the spiral of glass and wonders, “But really, what are these?”

Portals? Windows? Memories?

       这个女孩站在由玻璃碎片组成的螺旋当中，感到迷惑，“但是……说真的……这些到底是什么呢？”传送门？窗户？记忆？

       This last answer, “memories”, strikes a chord with her. “They’re memories,” she says, faintly. And like that, her questions stop.

       这最后一个猜测，“记忆”，扣动了她的心弦。“这些是……记忆……”她说出口了，声音很微弱。在这之后，她就没有任何疑问了。

       For some reason, this is a place all full of memories. Whose memories, or of what, she can’t tell for certain, but her questioning has already ended.

       由于一些原因，这个地方充满了很多记忆，但这些是谁的记忆，又具体是什么记忆，她没法准确地说出来。但不管怎样，她的问题已经结束了。

       For some reason the glass follows her. She can’t hold any of it, but it comes to her nonetheless. On a whim, she decides she will begin gathering it.

       不知道为什么，这些玻璃碎片一直在跟着她，她没有抓住任何一块玻璃碎片，但它们一直与她形影不离。凭着一时的兴致，她决定开始收集所有玻璃碎片。

        Piece by piece.

        For no reason at all.

       一片一片地。

       不带任何目的地。

FUTURE

       Without a clock, she has no sense for how many days or hours she has walked, but there is a new certainly in her head…

       由于没有时钟，她并不知道自己走了几天或者几小时，但她的脑子里却记下了更多新奇的东西……

       There is beauty in a memory, that’s what she finds herself believing. Thinking about it, a memory is never certain, can change with the times, and yet is the nearest thing to a concrete piece of the past. It can be bitter or sweet, and she thinks in either case they’re quite enchanting.

       她发现了她自己所相信的美丽的记忆。仔细一想，记忆本身就是不确定的东西，它可以随着时间改变自身，但它总是最接近过去的具体的事物。它可以是苦涩的，也可以是甜蜜的，但她认为不管是什么情况，这些记忆都很迷人。

       For now she will see what memories she can, of these other places and people, and appreciate them for their beauty. In the first place, these Arcaea flicker and glow splendidly in this strange and ruined world.

       It’s easy to fancy it all, and that they show memories makes it easier.

       现在，她能看到她所看见的这些记忆，能看见其他地方和其他人，并借此欣赏它们的美丽。从一开始，这些Arcaea就闪烁着华丽的光芒，在这个陌生且荒芜的世界当中。

       这一切其实是很容易想象得到的，不然它们就不会那么容易地反映出记忆。

       Humming, hands aloft, and stepping down broken paths, she brings what seems to be memories fit for an entire world with her, following behind in a shining stream. Memories of an ugly, pretty world…

       她哼唱着，将手高举着，在破碎的路径上行走着。这一整个世界的记忆都被她带着——不如说是跟在她的后面闪闪发光，在这个丑陋与美丽并重的世界当中……

       “How nice…” She sighs, she smiles, and serenity becomes her, it seems, too well.

       But there ‘s nothing to worry about.

       A pleasant, simple world like this need only be pleasant. Nothing more.

       “多好啊……”她叹了口气，之后又露出笑容，这样宁静如她，实在是太好了。

       但并没有什么是可以担心的。

       一个愉快、简单的世界所需要的仅仅只是愉快，而不是其它的什么东西。
